Since joining Salon Avanti, Carmen has become an invaluable part of the team. While she may be one of the newer members of the salon family, her positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to jump in wherever needed have made a lasting impact on both the team and the guests she serves.
A graduate of Berks Catholic and Empire Beauty School, Carmen is passionate about continuing to grow within the beauty industry while striving to become the very best version of herself. She especially enjoys haircutting, blowouts, braiding, and working with curly hair, bringing patience and attention to detail to every service she provides. Whether she's assisting behind the scenes or working behind the chair, Carmen takes pride in making sure every detail and client is handled with care.
Known for her energy, honesty, level-headed nature, and sense of humor, Carmen has a way of making people feel comfortable the moment they meet her. Her goal is simple: to ensure every guest feels welcomed, relaxed, and cared for throughout their experience at Salon Avanti.
Carmen is certified in Keratin Complex and Brazilian Blowout services and is always eager to learn new techniques and expand her skill set. Her commitment to growth, combined with her strong work ethic and genuine care for others, make her a valuable member of the Salon Avanti team.
When she's not in the salon, you'll likely find Carmen spending quality time with her mom, sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews, embracing what she lovingly refers to as "grandma hobbies": baking, knitting, crocheting, reading, and exercising. Her fun-loving personality, willingness to help others, and ability to brighten any room make her someone both clients and coworkers genuinely appreciate and love. On any given day, you are likely to walk in on Carmen and Stephanie singing and dancing while folding towels and mixing color. Just another specialty offered at Salon Avanti .
