Stephanie DeLozier

Stephanie began her career right out of High School in 2006. She studied Cosmetology at Empire Beauty School in Reading, Pa, where she graduated and became licensed in 2007. During her schooling she was welcomed into an assistant position at Salon Avanti.

Stephanie began her styling career shortly after receiving her Cosmetology license and shortly would take on a management position for Salon Avanti. In 2011, Stephanie was presented with an offer to purchase the salon and continue as a stylist! Shortly, the salon was growing fast and needed to expand. In 2014, Stephanie was presented with the offer to purchase On the Fringe, and merge the two salons together!

Fast forward to today where Stephanie is always working to keep the salon progressing with current trends, technology and styles. She continues to do the same for her clients as well!

Stephanie holds certifications in various categories including; various brands of Hair Extensions, Keratin Services, Barbering Styles, Cutting and Styling, Formal upstyles and many more.

Kim Witwer

Kim started her career in the hair business at Paul Mazzotta Hair Designs in Wyomissing and continued working in the Reading area since the early 1980s. She spent many years as an educator at shows, seminars and in-salon classes across the US and in Canada.  She is currently a Certified Redken Colorist and continues to do hair at Salon Avanti.  Kim also owns a Corrective and Permanent Cosmetics studio called La’Derma in Flying Hills where she specializes in eyebrows, eyeliner and microneedling for the skin.  Check her out at www.feelgoodinyourskin.com  Fun Fact…Kim was one of the original owners of Salon Avanti.

Mandy Flamm

Mandy has worked at Salon Avanti since 2013, upon receiving her cosmetology license from Pulse Beauty Academy.  She is personable, passionate, and enjoys working with her clients to create beautiful transformations. 

Mandy specializes in color, hair extensions, eyelash extensions and makeup. She enjoys using balayage technique with color and free hand hair painting. She also has a passion for styling hair and makeup for weddings.  Mandy has experience with Men’s haircuts; she received training from the American Barber Academy in 2016 and holds certifications in Babe tape-in Permanent Hair Extensions, Babe Eyelash Extensions and Xtreme Eyelash Extensions. She was chosen as a finalist in the Art of Business Hair Cutting competition and has received training in Bridal Upstyling, Keratin Complex Color and Truss Professional products. 

 Mandy is always accepting new clients and looks forward to establishing more lasting relationships in her career.
